What types of cleaning services do you offer?
We offer a range of cleaning services for residential, real estate, Airbnb, and janitorial services. A list of our services can be found on our Cleaning Services page.
How much do residential cleanings cost?
We offer three types of residential cleaning: Recurring, Deep cleaning, and Move In/Out cleanings.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, Amex, and PayPal.
Do you clean exterior windows?
We only clean exterior windows on the first floor of the home.
Do you offer carpet cleaning?
Yes! We now offer carpet cleaning. Our residential carpet cleaning services can be found here.
How much does an onsite quote cost?
Onsite consultations are free of charge. We will go through your home or business with you. After the consultation an quote will be sent to your email. The consultation and quote are no obligation.
Do you clean interior windows?
Yes we do. Interior window cleaning is an additional service. Cost is based on number and the size of the windows that need to be cleaned.
How often can I have cleanings done?
Recurring cleanings are schedule anywhere from once a week to once a month. If you need a different schedule please let us know.
What if my home or business is outside your service area?
Our current services areas are: Everett, Mill Creek, Mukiteo, Edmonds, Lynnwood, Shoreline, Bothell, Woodenville, Duvall, Kirkland, Redmond, Mercer Island, Sammamish, and Bellevue.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand life happens. If an appointment needs to be cancelled and/or rescheduled for any reason, we require 48 hours’ notice. If cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance a $70 cancellation fee will apply.
Is the Deep Clean service mandatory for my first clean?
While not mandatory we highly recommend an initial deep clean prior to starting regular recurring services.
Do you clean houses with pets?
Yes we do clean houses that have pets. Our cleaning products are safe for both children and pets.
Do I need a credit card to secure my appointment?
Yes. We require all customers provide a card that will be kept on file. Your card will not be charged until the day of service unless another form of payment is provided. Any cancellation and returned check fees will also be charged to the card on file.

Do you do mold removal?
Mold removal is a specialty cleaning service and is not performed by Mega Clean Services NW and are not liable for any mold-related risks in client’s homes.
