What types of cleaning services do you offer?


We offer a range of cleaning services for residential, real estate, Airbnb, and janitorial services. A list of our services can be found on our Cleaning Services page.




How much do residential cleanings cost?


We offer three types of residential cleaning: Recurring, Deep cleaning, and Move In/Out cleanings. Deep Cleanings and Move In/Out cleanings start at $35/hour Recurring cleaning cost depend on the frequency of the cleaning.




What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, Amex, and PayPal. Payment is due on day of service. Any declined checks will incur a $50.00 fee.




Do you clean exterior windows?


We only clean exterior windows on the first floor of the home.




Do you offer carpet cleaning?


Yes! We now offer carpet cleaning. Our residential carpet cleaning services can be found here. For commercial, real estate, and property management companies please contact us for more information.




How much does an onsite quote cost?


Onsite consultations are free of charge. We will go through your home or business with you. After the consultation an quote will be sent to your email. The consultation and quote are no obligation.




Do you clean interior windows?


Yes we do. Interior window cleaning is an additional service. Cost is based on number and the size of the windows that need to be cleaned.




How often can I have cleanings done?


Recurring cleanings are schedule anywhere from once a week to once a month. If you need a different schedule please let us know.




What if my home or business is outside your service area?


Our current services areas are: Everett, Mill Creek, Mukiteo, Edmonds, Lynnwood, Shoreline, Bothell, Woodenville, Duvall, Kirkland, Redmond, Mercer Island, Sammamish, and Bellevue. If you are outside of our service area but would like a consultation please let us know. Services done outside our current service area may have additional travel costs added on.




What if I need to cancel?


We understand life happens. If an appointment needs to be cancelled and/or rescheduled for any reason, we require 48 hours’ notice. If cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance a $70 cancellation fee will apply.




Is the Deep Clean service mandatory for my first clean?


While not mandatory we highly recommend an initial deep clean prior to starting regular recurring services. The deep clean may be bypassed if your home is in good condition. The condition of the house will be determined during our no obligation onsite quote.




Do you clean houses with pets?


Yes we do clean houses that have pets. Our cleaning products are safe for both children and pets. If your pets will be at home during a cleaning please make sure they are secured in an area that we will not be cleaning and cannot get loose. While we do use products that are safe for pets, if you have any pets, such as birds, that are extremely sensitize to cleaning products, for their safetly please make sure they are secured safetly in an area that will not be cleaned.




Do I need a credit card to secure my appointment?


Yes. We require all customers provide a card that will be kept on file. Your card will not be charged until the day of service unless another form of payment is provided. Any cancellation and returned check fees will also be charged to the card on file.




What to do on day of cleaning?


Before our cleaners arrive at your home please make sure of the following: -All breakables in areas to be cleaned have been moved and properly stored. -All heavy items are removed from cleaning aeas -If cleaning inside closets, cabinets, refridgerators, or ovens have been request, please make sure they are emptied out -All clutter shoould be removed from surfaces to be cleaned -All dishes should be removed from kitchen sinks -Secure pets in a safe area




Do you do mold removal?


Mold removal is a specialty cleaning service and is not performed by Mega Clean Services NW and are not liable for any mold-related risks in client’s homes.
